| Here is and example of a Mail Merge Extract in Excel Format. Using this option you can resort or otherwise modify the results, save the file and then, import it directly into a word processing program such as Microsoft Word. Word processors with a Mail Merge feature can use this file directly. This way you continue to use the word processor you are comfortable with; as well as any spell checking and grammar features you need, or any other types of special formatting that you need for your environment. You could even import this data into a database program such as Microsoft Access if you have specific processing needs not covered by MembershipEdge. |
